Jack’s Resume

Employment: Jack Gallagher has made the building materials field his career. He has been with Parksite Group, North Brunswick, NJ, as a sales manager for the past four years. Related to his responsibilities at Parksite, he serves on the environmentally prospective “Build Green Committee” and has been involved in the building industry’s attention to both Council On Affordable Housing and  Highlands Water Preservation Act issues.

Prior to Parksite, Jack was with Warren Lumber, Washington, NJ, for five years and with Norge Building Supply (now Allied Building Supply), Totowa, NJ, for ten years. He served as COO at Norge.

Education: Jack attended County College of Morris where he completed requirements for an associate degree in business. He also has attended Sussex County Community College and Montclair State University. His volunteer work with the Byram Township Fire Department has seen him complete fire technology and management courses at the Sussex County Public Safety Training Academy and at the National Fire Academy, Emittsburg, Maryland.

Volunteer Service: Jack currently serves as vice president of the Byram Township Fire Department where he has been an active member since 2004. As vice president for the past three years, he has had the responsibility for fund raising and the planning of the annual Byram Township Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony. He is also a member of the Sussex County Firemen’s Association.
